3. Where can I get training?
We think Clicksy is super intuitive, so it's likely you won't really need any training to get started. However, that being said - we're planning on setting up some video tutorials to help you along the way, should you get stuck.
5. How does Clicksy work?
We provide you a simple code snippet that you drop either in to an email or your websites <head> and we'll do the rest.

We only have one login per team at the moment, however we're looking at expanding this to allow users to create multiple logins per team.
4. Do you have a refund policy?
Sure thing! If you're not happy with Clicksy at any point - just let us know, and we'll refund your current month and cancel your billing going forward. You can't say fairer than that can you?
6. How many surveys can I run at one time?
You can run as many as you'd like! Please don't go sparingly on them, it's what we build this platform for.
